Bob King
MSc, CMIOSH, AIEMA, Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner
Practicing health and safety adviser since 1982 with ICI Pharmaceuticals ICI Chemicals and Polymers ICI Tracerco, EEF Ltd. Bob has been involved in wide ranging aspects of health and safety eg chemicals including health and hygiene, asbestos, engineering. He has specialised for periods of time in fire safety and RPA Ionising Radiation. Director of HS&E Training / Consultancy Woodland Grange EEF Ltd. Since 2008 Bob has worked as a self employed consultant and partner of BjK Training.

Colin Baker
Amongst Colin's qualifications are BSc (Hons) and MPhil in Chemistry from the University of Sussex; teaching qualifications from the University of London and MSc Occupational Health and Safety Management. Colin was a NATFHE appointed Safety Representative; Safety Committee Member, 1983-1995.
Colin says: "I have extensive experience in Health and Safety Practice and successfully running the NEBOSH Certificate Course, particularly for distance learning students and using Paul Randall's study materials. As I gained my own Health and Safety qualifications by distance learning, I am aware of what it is like to study on your own and the kind of support which is helpful in these circumstances. Roger Clarke
Roger gained an BSc (Hons) Occupational Health and Safety (Aston) and is a Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner (CFIOSH)
For more than thirty years he has been involved in health and safety including working as an Adviser at the Health and Safety Advice Centre, Birmingham and as a Researcher / Tutor at Aston University, Birmingham. He has wide experience of the European dimension of health and safety having been employed as a Consultant with the European Commission, Luxembourg.
For ten years, Roger was the Standards Manager for NEBOSH – developing syllabuses, preparing examination papers, writing/editing Examiners’ Reports, guidance, etc.
In recent years he has been employed as an Independent Health and Safety Consultant – including lecturing for University of Surrey, supervising postgraduate research students at Loughborough University and developing materials for CIEH.
Chris Webb
Chris is a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CFIOSH). His wide-ranging career has encompassed working as the Safety Officer at British Telecom: London Network Operations; Senior OSH Tutor Consultantat Woodland Grange (now EEF). He has undertaken in-company consultancy, training development and assessment for many organisations: railways, automotive, steel, education, brewing et al.
He is a Specialist Adviser UK OSH and Radiation Safety. For many years NEBOSH benefited from his expertise as he acted as Accreditation Manager and a Diploma Chief Examiner.

Gordon Pimperton
Gordon has spent 31 years working as a health and safety practitioner. His roles have included that of HSE Inspector, safety and Health adviser to large multinational chemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing businesses and owner and Director of a health and Safety training and consultancy business. He is currently a freelance health and safety trainer and consultant, a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and Principal Examiner for Unit A of the NEBOSH National Diploma. Gordon provides input and support for some of our training packages.
Tim Prestage
Tim is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and of the Chartered Member of the Institution of Personnel and Development.
He has worked as a Safety Officer / Advisor to various large engineering companies and, for the last 25 years, has run his own Health and Safety Company Tim Prestage Ltd offering a wide range of services: Safety Engineering, Occupational Hygiene and Safety Training.

Mike Everley
CFIOSH RSP
Mike started in Health and Safety in 1980, after 15 years in Electrical Engineering. He began his own Safety Consultancy in 1984 and is still running it today. He obtained a MPhil from Leeds University for his thesis on The Ethics of Risk Assessment to add to his BA and MA from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. He is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH. He teaches on the NEBOSH Diploma and Certificate courses run by Lifelong Learning in Port Talbot and is an NVQ Assessor for level 3 and 4 candidates in Occupational Health and Safety. He has also sat on IOSH Panels interviewing candidates for entry into Corporate Membership.

Paul Randall
Paul took his BSc (Engineering) at Imperial College where he remained to take a PhD in Materials. Over the last four decades, he has always been involved in education: teaching, training, information work. He ran the Occupational Health and Safety Department at the University of Portsmouth for several years, including creating the MSc Programme, before leaving about ten years ago to set up his own training company.
